Paleo pancakes

FALL NUTRITION RECIPE!!

These both come from Julian's Meal Prep Company here in SoCal @fierroskitchen !! For those of you looking for a mix free pancake option!

Paleo pancakes
(Flourless)
1 banana (7-8in) must be yellow and firm.
2 eggs (large)
1 tsp vanilla
1 pinch of cinnamon

Makes three 4” pancakes

Instructions
Take a yellow firm banana, a browned banana will not work and 2 eggs and blend together with vanilla and cinnamon. *dont mash it BLEND IT or it will not come out well.

Heat griddle up pour into 3 pancakes. Make sure to wait for bubbles to appear before flipping as these are very soft.

Paleo Pancakes
(Coconut flour)

1 banana (7-8in) must be yellow and firm.
2 eggs (large)
1 tsp vanilla
1 pinch of cinnamon
2 TBSP coconut flour.

Makes 3 4” pancakes

Instructions
Take a yellow firm banana, a browned banana will not work and 2 eggs and blend together with vanilla and cinnamon, and coconut flour . dont mash it BLEND IT or it will not come out well. (Do not let batter sit long the coconut flour will start to make it thick)
Heat griddle up pour into 3 pancakes. Make sure to wait for bubbles to appear before flipping as these are very soft.
